You may return most merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of receipt (subject to category exceptions) See Warranties/Guarantees. Most Products are backed by a standard manufacturer warranty. All returns are subject to Customer Service approval.

If you paid for your order by check/money order You will be notified of same and we will promptly issue a refund check (upon bank clearance) for the cost of the out of stock item/items.
